What is your minimum order quantity?
Sample orders start from a single piece. Bulk tiers are quoted per design — ask for launch, repeat and volume pricing in one quote so you can plan a season from a single document.
How fast do you reply to an enquiry?
Within 24 hours on business days. A full manufacturing quote, with CAD support where you supply a reference, comes back within 24–48 hours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, and NDA practice applies from your first message whether or not paperwork is signed. We can sign your own NDA before you send designs or tech packs.
Do you sell your own retail brand?
No. We manufacture under our clients’ names only. We do not run a competing consumer label and we do not show one client’s work to another.
Production & lead times
What are your lead times?
3D CAD 1–7 days, sampling 7–10 days, pre-production sample 3–5 days, bulk production 20–25 days, QC and documentation 1–2 days. Dates are committed per stage in writing at quote stage.
What is your production capacity?
20,000–30,000 pieces per month across two production lines, with 50 craftsmen and a 10-person design and CAD team.
Why two factories?
Capacity redundancy. Running A and B lines means a disruption on one line does not stop your programme — for a brand with launch dates, that is the difference between late and on time.
Can you match a style we found in another catalogue?
Yes — that is our Match a Style service. Send a style number, photo or CAD file and we quote your version of it: your metal, your stone programme, your quality standard. Our design team can modify a reference into a distinct version where that is the safer route.
Materials & certification
Do you work with natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Both, on the same lines with the same setters. Centre stones carry IGI or GIA certification under either programme, and lab-grown is disclosed as lab-grown on every document.
Which metals do you produce in?
9K, 14K and 18K gold in white, yellow and rose, platinum, and 925 silver. Two-tone and tri-colour builds are standard work.
Can we verify the stone certificates?
Yes. Report numbers are listed on packing documentation so your receiving team can check them directly against the issuing laboratory’s database before goods enter stock.
Do you supply loose stones?
Yes — loose lab-grown diamonds sorted by carat segment, shape and colour, with certification per stone. Natural stone programmes are sourced to your specification and price band.
Quality & after-sales
How is quality controlled?
Station QC through production, then piece-level inspection against your specification: setting security, finish, plating thickness and measurements. Every order is documented in photos and video under standard lighting before shipment.
What if a piece arrives faulty?
Tell us with photos and we replace or repair it. Manufacturing faults are ours to fix — that is what a pre-production sample and documented QC exist to prevent in the first place.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We host factory visits and live video walkthroughs of casting, setting, polishing and QC stations. Video tours can usually be scheduled within the week.
